The Intent of this blog is to have a virtual record of things I buy, do, and fitness/health related goals. If this blog ends up getting a following (unlikely) I may consider moving it to SquareSpace or something that is a bit more customizable.
I am currently on a bulking cycle. I moved up from 137 to 144 in about a month, some of that weight was from starting creatine. My bench is up from 250ish to 305 and so is my military press.
I may consider doing a hardcore cut soon and following either the P90X or insanity program, posting progress pics would be great fun and I could review the program as well as any supplements I try such as the PAGG stack or possible T7 by Cellucor.
