Sleep Pushing

I recently read about sleep pushing which if it works would be a nifty trick to know. The idea is if you can only get 2 hours or less of sleep in a night for some reason, you take a decent sized dose of caffeine (80 - 120 mg) and take your nap. The caffeine pushes you into deeper sleep cycles faster and helps hold you there. This allows you to get more quality sleep in less time.
